Job Description We are currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to work in the manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. You will work on multiple skill clusters such as electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, 480v 3 phase motors, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. You will perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform machine systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide technical support for all phases of the operation. Qualifications/Skills:
  • 5+ years in industrial manufacturing
  • PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
  • Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
  • Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
  • Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
  • Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • High and Low Voltage
  • Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
  • Ability to pull wire and bend conduit
  • Welding
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Benefits:
