Job Description:
Description:Our Client is looking for a Senior technician to
join their fast pace environment. They must have good work ethic,
customer service, and executive support. On a day to day basis,
this person will be handling level 2/3 tickets. Troubleshooting,
Win 11 AND Mac support, O365, Intune Suite, Android and IOS
devices. this person must have problem solving, leadership, and
collaborations skills. - Significant experience in IT support at a
senior level, preferably as a Level 3 Technician.- Expertise in
Windows/Mac OS, Android/iOS, and the Office 365 suite.- Proficiency
with collaborative technologies, including Microsoft Teams and AV
systems like Logitech, Neat and Crestron.- Administrative
capabilities with Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions and a
strong understanding of security best practices.We have a great
relationship with this client, can get interviews set up as soon as
we find candidates.Skills:Windows 10, O365, Troubleshooting,
