  • \n Patient Care : \n
    • \n
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with a variety of medical conditions and post-operative needs. \n
    • Monitor patient status, including vital signs, lab results, and response to treatments. \n
    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. \n \n \n
      • \n Clinical Documentation : \n
        • \n
        • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes. \n
        • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and any changes in condition. \n \n \n
          • \n Collaboration and Communication : \n

            • Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. \n
            • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and post-discharge care. \n \n \n
              • \n Technical Skills : \n

                • Operate and maintain medical equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacuums, and telemetry monitors. \n
                • Perform procedures such as catheterizations, wound care, and IV insertions. \n \n \n

                    • Promote patient safety and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. \n
                    • Address patient concerns and ensure comfort and dignity throughout the care process. \n \n \n

                        • Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions, including initiating life-saving interventions when necessary. \n
