An exciting leadership opportunity is now available for a NICU and Pediatrics Nurse Manager at a prestigious, award-winning 400+ bed, not-for-profit acute care hospital located just outside of Hickory, North Carolina. The NICU and Pediatrics Nurse Manager will oversee the operations of the Level II NICU and pediatric unit, which includes a 10+ bed NICU and 5+ licensed pediatric beds. Reporting to the Director of Women's Services, the RN NICU and Peds Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to the tiniest patients and their families. This role requires a strong leader who is not only skilled in strategic oversight but also willing to step in clinically to care for patients when needed. As a hands-on leader, the Nurse Manager will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values professional development, high-quality patient care, and safety.
