Job Title: Speech Language PathologistCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Martinsville, Virginia.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in our Rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy and be able to work effectively with patients of all ages.Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
• Provide education and training to patients and their familiesRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a Rehabilitation setting
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
